  • Use Hi-def pictures for marketing material.  We don’t use cell phone pictures.

  • Display your property on the MLS, along with other numerous databases to maximize the property’s exposure.

  • Get all the facts.  We ask the right questions to become knowledgeable regarding your property/ community.  Knowing the answers to buyer’s questions on the spot is effective and helps them make an informed decision.

  • We personally attend showings any day/ time.

  • Aggressive with the sales price and negotiations.  We negotiate as if we were a principal in the deal. 

  • Communication is a must.  We answer/ return all phone calls, texts, and emails promptly.  We DO NOT disappear after a contract is in place. 

  • Provide insight, knowledge, expertise, timelines, and opinions during the closing process.

  • We personally attend appraisals and inspections.  

  • Carefully review all closing documents with you.  

  • We DO NOT charge a “Brokerage Fee” at closing.  Already saved you $300-400.
